Billing terms and savings

Term savings:Save 5% quarterly, 10% semi-annually, 15% annually, 20% for two years and 25% for three years on shared hosting and KVM VPS.
First-order discount:SAVETEN offers 10% off the first billing term. Term discounts are already included in listed prices; confirm any coupon stacking at checkout.
Dedicated Server：High Performance is currently monthly only. Shared-hosting and VPS term discounts do not apply.

Backups and refunds by product

Shared Hosting：Daily offsite backups retained for 30 days, cPanel and free SSL; no root access.
KVM VPS：VirtFusion management and seven-day daily offsite backups. Upgrades only; outbound port 25 is blocked by default.
Dedicated Server：Self-managed with your own backups; IPMI on request. Choose either a 256 GB SSD or a 1 TB HDD.
Refund window:60 days for shared hosting and VPS; seven days for dedicated servers. First order only, once per customer, excluding terms violations.
