1. Leases and Utilities Are Optional Add-ons: A formal personal lease agreement, physical space rental, and personal utility or internet accounts are separately priced options, not built into base membership.
2. Security Deposit Requirements: Requesting an executed lease agreement requires a $1,200 refundable security deposit, returned upon normal completion of the lease term (terms typically run 1 to 3 months).
3. Utility Setup Rules: Obtaining a utility bill in your personal name requires a minimum lease commitment of 2 months due to utility provider setup windows. Underlying space rent depends on local market rates.
