How Can You Choose More Efficiently?
Monthly fees and service charges can vary even between locations in the same city. First determine your needs for receiving, scanning, forwarding, and picking up mail, then check the location's plans, additional charges, and opening hours.
After choosing a location, complete registration and the USPS 1583 process as required on the official website. The street address and fixed unit number in the directory are retained; your dedicated mailbox number is the one actually assigned after purchase.
How Do You Use Verification Records?
Check the verification time first, then separately review the RDI residential classification, CMRA mail-receiving designation, and DPV address match. If you have not rented a mailbox, do not put someone else's unit number into your own address.
An address match applies only to the street or unit checked. It does not confirm your rented mailbox or guarantee delivery. RDI describes the postal residential or commercial classification; CMRA marks a commercial mail receiving agency. A residential candidate is a screening result, not proof of residence or bank approval. Restrictions relate to residential use, not necessarily to receiving mail.

Where Does the Data Come From?
Location information comes from PostScan Mail Official directory ↗. Directory collection and address verification have separate timestamps. Records are updated only when new information is successfully retrieved; existing records are retained when retrieval fails.View Collection and Change Records →
