Content Updated
For most enthusiasts and developers, European data centers suggest a second-choice option: transoceanic detours through the United States, heavy evening packet loss, and latency often above 300ms. High-quality direct European connections typically cost several hundred US dollars or more annually.
然而， BandwagonHost （BandwagonHost）推出的 The Amsterdam Plan（ Amsterdam Limited Edition ，PID: 159） 彻底打破了这一市场认知：年付仅需 $39.00 USD，直接给到了 电信 CTGNet/CN2 GIA + 联通精品网 AS10099 + 移动精品网 CMIN2 的“三网顶级全奢华直连回国” Bundle ，并配备 2.5Gbps 超大 Bandwidth and 30 days内即使 IP 被墙亦可退款 as a safety net.
This is not only one of the most compelling affordable VPS options on Europe's premium networks today, but also a rare standout for tech enthusiasts expanding overseas, European cross-border business websites, and high-speed international transfers.

Two. Key Advantages: What Makes This European VPS Uniquely Appealing?#
Ordinary European VPS traffic returning to China usually uses public backbones such as Telia, GTT, or Cogent. Performance may be acceptable during the day, but evening peak packet loss often jumps to 20%~40%. The Amsterdam Plan instead deploys top-tier direct connectivity in its European data center:
- China Telecom：接入 CTGNet / CN2 GIA, bypassing the congested 163 backbone with premium dedicated routing end to end, consistently reducing latency between Asia and Europe.
- China Unicom: Direct connectivity China Unicom Premium AS10099, with the valuable combination of low jitter and extremely low packet loss.
- China Mobile: Direct connectivity China Mobile's Premium CMIN2 Network, completely overcoming the congestion bottlenecks of conventional CMI when handling large packets across borders.
2.5 Gbps Port Speed, allowing even intercontinental file transfers and HD streaming to saturate your local physical bandwidth almost instantly.
2. Rare After-Sales Protection: A Full Refund Within 30 Days Even If the IP Is Blocked#
In today's cross-border networking environment, a blocked IP often means accepting the loss or paying for a replacement. For The Amsterdam Plan, however, the provider explicitly promises:
“Refundable within 30 days even if IP is blocked by GFW”
- 专业 KiwiVM 控制台: Supports one-click OS reinstallation in seconds (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, RockyLinux, AlmaLinux), mounting custom ISO images, and instant RDNS (reverse DNS) updates in the control panel.
Three. Transparent CPU Scheduling: No Arbitrary Server Suspensions#
The official Terms of Service (ToS) provide clear, transparent, quantitative standards for this plan's CPU usage limits:
Allows short bursts at 100% of the assigned AMD core, easily handling system startup, compilation, packaging, and concurrent traffic peaks.
- Sustained Baseline: The hourly average CPU limit is the following proportion of one core: 30%。
If prolonged heavy usage exceeds the limit, the system only dynamically reduces available CPU clock cycles; normal capacity is restored automatically once utilization drops. The Terms of Service Explicitly Promise: CPU Overages Will Never Cause a Shutdown or Account Ban!
- European Cross-Border E-Commerce and Independent International Trade Websites deployment
Suitable for low-latency communication with European financial exchanges and cloud regions such as AWS/Azure's European nodes, with immediate delivery of processed results back to mainland China.
At only $39 per year, it is particularly suitable as a European edge node for international Anycast/CDN distribution or an overseas disaster-recovery backup for personal technical blogs and private code repositories.
- High-Specification Personal Private Networks and Cross-Border Remote Debugging Native dual-stack networking (IPv4 + IPv6 /64), paired with 2.5Gbps bandwidth and 1TB of monthly traffic, delivers a smooth experience for remote desktops and tunneled file access.
- Current Status: Officially labeled Limited Availability, and requires a dedicated invitation code (
invite_required）。
- Recommended Action: These premium direct-route VPS plans are scarce and often out of stock or difficult to obtain invitation codes for. If you have a code or registration opens during a restock, securing a slot promptly is recommended.
